Political or Official Government Purpose
- Official letter, requesting long-term visa for staff member and family members, from foreign state authority, foreign diplomatic mission, or international organization; may also be verbal request
Culture, Education, Science, Sports, or Volunteer
- Invitation letter from relevant government authority in Ukraine regarding implementation of cultural, educational, scientific, sport or volunteering programs; or invitation letter issued from organization engaging volunteers and copy of registration certificate in Ukraine of the organization
Family
- Document confirming applicant is a family member of a foreigner or stateless person with temporary residence permit, and copy of that foreigner or stateless person’s temporary residence permit, and proof of sufficient funds to cover applicant’s expenses in Ukraine.
